Just two quick things today.

First, I have said it before but want to say again that we do not now nor do we intend to ever do anything with your contact information.  I am sure that information on subscribers and commenters exists somewhere in the Go Daddy machine but I don't know where and more importantly, I don't care.  We don't track it, collect it, give it, lend it or sell it to anyone or anything.  Period.  So, feel free to subscribe and comment all you want, your contact information is safe with us, I promise.

Second, I don't do this to make money so I want to do something with the money generated by the Google Ads that run on the left side of the site.  By the way, I don't control what shows up over there, it is just a box in my control panel that is checked and advertisements appear there.  However, as we have grown in popularity so has the ad revenue from Google and I would like to do something worthwhile with it.  I was thinking about donating the money to the national Mountain Rescue Association because I was a part of that organization for so many years or The Navy SEAL Foundation because of our ties to Coronado but since we would be nothing without you, the reader, I thought I should ask you what you think.
