GREAT GEAR RECOMMENDATION - Luxurious Socks For Your Trail Running Shoes - Feetures Socks

Light quarter crew socks from Feetures are made of Coolmax and Lycra.  You can feel the quality.

I was checking out the trail shoes at my local Roadrunner Sports store to see how the Montrail AT Plus were moving and the sales guy told me that they had sent them all back at Montrails request.  I told those guys that they were not going to do well and that there was no way they would replace to the Hardrock.  Anyway, we got to talking about all kinds of shoes and then socks.  He told me I had to try these Feetures, they are his favorite socks and he was sure that I would like them too.  He was right.

Stay at a Westin property or a Four Seasons Hotel and you can tell the difference the second you slide into bed.  Expensive, high thread count sheets make a big difference.  You can feel the quality.  That is what immediately jumped into my head when I put these socks on.  Comfortably conforming and supportive, thin but very dense (not thick and terry cloth loop like say a Thorlo) padding in the forefoot and heels and a thinner but sturdy mesh covering the top of the foot.  And there are no seems in the toe area.

Running, walking or on the elliptical these socks feel great with my Brooks and New Balance shoes.  Perfect for warm weather PT.  I liked them so much I went back and bought a dozen pair.  Check 'em out.

Thanks.
