Another Set of BFG ATs Please - BF Goodrich All Terrain Tires
I bought my first set of BF Goodrich All Terrain tires from Discount Tire Company in 1983. Since then, with the exception of one set of Bridgestone Duelers on my Jeep TJ, I have run only BFG ATs and the occasional Mud Terrain. Near as I can figure, that is about 25 sets of tires. During that time I have never had a flat. In fact, I have only had to replace one tire and that was because of a cupping problem that I am not altogether sure was the fault of the tire. I would say that is either an incredible string of good luck or a very well made product. If it were just me I might attribute it to clean living and good karma but my father and brother have had pretty much the same experience. They keep their cars much longer than I do and run the miles up to the max before replacing so their testimonials should be worth more than mine. We figure that between the three of us we have purchased something like 250 BF Goodrich All Terrain tires for our Jeeps, trucks, Suburbans and Tahoes.
I am sure there other good tires out there but when I buy tires I go to Discount Tire Co because they have always taken good care of me. And the tires I buy are BFG ATs. They ride well, are quiet, and wear well. When you are way out in the boonies on a regular basis, tires are not something you want to worry about. My BFG ATs have always gotten me there and back with no problems. I trust them.
Thanks.
Thanks.
